Who will I be working with?
You’ll primarily work with me Carleton Maybell, Founder of Uplift Web Design. I’m your right hand man. Through your client dashboard, you’ll be able to communicate directly with me via instant chat. Me and my team will internally manage your requests and facilitate the work.
Does my bucket of hours have an expiration date?
Yes, all hours purchased in a bucket of hours must be used within 1 year of purchase.
How do you ensure the quality of the websites you develop?
All of our websites go through a rigorous quality assurance and performance check. We follow best practices to ensure that every website we deliver is responsive, speed-optimized, and scalable. We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final product. We can optionally perform SEO optimizations and ADA compliance auditing if necessary.
What design files do you accept for development?
We primarily work with Figma and Adobe XD. However, if you have designs in another format, please get in touch with us to discuss how we can accommodate your needs.
Are there any services that are not included in my bucket of hours?
A bucket of hours will cover Wordpress development, Webflow development, JS development for Webflow, and light-weight design tasks. If you need support outside of these areas let us know. We’re extremely flexible.
How quick is your turnaround time?
Our goal is to deliver websites to our clients that are pixel perfect, responsive, manageable, scalable, SEO optimized, speed optimized, ADA compliant and developmentally sound. In order to achieve our own expectations, a standard 5-page website typically takes us 14 days to complete. However, the time frame may vary depending on the complexity of the project and your specific requirements.
