Welcome! 👋 We’re Uplift Web Design, a web development agency that partners with design studios to build high-quality websites in WordPress and Webflow. This assessment is the first step in our process for selecting developers to join our small list of trusted freelance developers for ongoing project-based work.

The purpose of this assessment is simple: we want to learn about your background, skills, and problem-solving approach. There are no “wrong” answers — we’re looking for honesty and insight into how you work. If your responses align with what we’re looking for, the next step will be a small implementation test, where you’ll build a simple Figma design.
